About Me

 I am AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, also certified Yoga Teacher.

In my journey into the Holistic World I have found extreme inspiration to not only change my life but those who are around me.  I am a happy wife, mother of two who became an active advocate of healthy foods, healthy relationships, sustainable living and mindful living.

 

In the few past years I’ve became a spokes person in my community about Health, Nutrition and Wellness. Teaching and educating people of all backgrounds about the importance of a wholesome nutrition and the links between mal nutrition with Low Academics Achievement and Behavior problems. The epidemic of mal nourished obese children and adults are growing in proportions never saw before.

I have founded 2 non Profits to help student in Elementary and Middle Schools:

“The Green Committee” http://greencommittee.webs.com/ and “The Shift Project”.

Both are initiatives to help bring the awareness and education about Nutrition, sustainable living and Wellness.  These projects focus in critical consumership, aimed to deconstruct the students' existing notions of food and consumer culture exposing the mechanisms of advertising and branding, demonstrating how they shape our eating and buying habits. They will also understand the "health-wealth" connection and the role of government subsidies and policies in this equation.  Students will learn how to read labels and ingredient lists, understand the difference between portion and serving size, identify and access healthful alternatives to fast food. Finally, students will work in small groups to implement a social action plan around an issue concerning food politics and learn the basics of social advocacy and self-empowerment.

         INNER HEALTH COACHING

Which gives me the opportunity to connect and share my knowledge One on One.

My 6 Months Coaching Program Includes:

  •  One on One consultation every 2 weeks (I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals)
  • Mediation (using meditation to attain one’s truth voice)
  • Physical consultation (weight check periodically, blood pressure, tongue & nails coloration, skin and eyes physical check)
  • Pantry Clean-up (Education about better products and better produce)
  • Supermarket trips ( implementing changes by shopping together)
  • Yoga (a complimentary yoga class for those interested)
