 I integrate Yoga and Meditation to optimize mine and my client’s health.

Home/Namaste- Mondays- 9am ($15 per person)

Bell Plaza- Tuesdays 7:55pm and saturdays 12noon

L.A. Fitness Wednesdays- 11am and 9pm

PS/IS266  Thursdays(kids)- 5:30pm

Sea Cliff- Thursdays 9:30 am

Laughing Buddha- Wednesdays 4pm

Hotyoga Paradise- Tuesdays (Hotvinyasa) 9:30 am and Saturdays 9:30 am (HotVinyasa)

During this time activities that brings awareness of their true identity is crucial for a healthy development. The integration of stimulating yoga poses, concentration exercises, visiualization are used as well meditation and breathing techniques.
